Project Background:

Our journey began with an unexpected plumbing hiccup - a burst pipe - that created quite a commotion throughout the property on Crestwood Drive. The burst pipe led to serious water issues, affecting not just the living spaces but also jeopardizing the structural integrity of the home. Faced with the aftermath of this plumbing surprise, the homeowner reached out to us for help in fixing the damage and restoring the property to its former glory.

Project Summary:

Tackling Water Woes Quick Water Fix: Flood Damage Pro jumped in fast, using cool EQ LGR dehumidifiers for three days. These gadgets rocked at sucking out moisture-essential to stop headaches like structural damage and nasty mold. Speed was key when that pipe burst!

Removing Vinyl Floors

To reach wet spots, speed up drying, and dodge mold risks, we waved off soaked vinyl floors pronto. Letting go of the damp vinyl was a must to fend off potential issues.

Germ Treatment

To address any potential germ invaders from the burst pipe, we brought out the cool misting gadget. This not only kicked those germs to the curb but also ensured a thoroughly clean and safe environment for everyone affected by the water damage.

Cleaning for the Concrete Floor

The concrete floor, having a bit of an unintended soak from the burst pipe, got pampered with a good scrub and a special coating. It wasn't just for show - this treatment nipped potential problems in the bud, ensuring things were as good below the surface as they were on the surface.

Mold Removal

Since mold loves wet places, we brought in powerful air machines (we call them EQ air scrubbers with HEPA filters) for three days. They kicked out mold spores and made the air feel fresh.

Basement Cleanup

Worried about mold spreading, we set up a special zone in the basement (we call it containment). It's like a superhero bubble to keep everything in check.

Air Duct Revitalization

Our HVAC system needed a boost after the burst pipe saga. We treated it to a full spa day with HEPA negative pressure, a good scrub, disinfection, and sanitization. Adding a touch of magic with anti-microbial fogging and register cleaning, we gave the entire system a fresh start.

Top-Notch Clean-Up

No holding back! Water stains, leftover bits, and burst pipe damage got a solid scrub-down. Had to do it to bring everything back to a safe and clean state.

Trash Disposal

Anything soaked by water, like flooring and debris, got the boot. Did it right, followed all rules for a top-notch cleanup. Made sure no health risks were left after the burst pipe chaos.

Keeping You Posted

We chatted with the homeowner all through. Kept it friendly, simple, and informative. We believe in sharing what's going on, listening to worries, and fixing things in a way that works for you. Making sure you're satisfied is our goal at every step of getting things back to normal.
